Core skills for a Mid-level

Grouped by area. The label on the right is the expected depth: Awareness, Working, Advanced or Expert.

Programming Fundamentals · 1

Ensures high-quality C# code in Unity: SOLID principles for game systems, ScriptableObjects for configuration, custom attributes for Inspector validation. Configures Roslyn Analyzers for Unity-specific rules.

Game Development · 4

Develops network systems in Unity: client-side prediction, server reconciliation, lag compensation. Uses NetworkTransform with interpolation. Implements RPC calls and game data serialization.

Game Physics Working

Develops physics systems in Unity: ragdoll, vehicle physics, custom physics materials. Uses Physics.Raycast, SphereCast for gameplay mechanics. Optimizes physics through Fixed Timestep and solver iteration tuning.

Optimizes mobile Unity games: texture compression (ASTC/ETC2), mesh LOD, occlusion culling. Integrates Firebase for analytics, push notifications, remote config. Manages App Store and Google Play workflow.

Unity Engine Working

Deep knowledge of Unity Engine: Addressable Assets, Input System, Cinemachine, Timeline, Animation Rigging. Develops custom Editor tools to accelerate workflow. Understands Unity serialization and Asset Pipeline.
