Frequently asked questions

Why is the matrix free?

The matrix is a public good built by the community. The more people use and improve it, the more accurate it becomes. Charging for access would kill the core value. Only personal Pro tools and team features are paid.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

You return to the free plan: the entire matrix, community and core tools stay with you. Only Pro perks close — unlimited AI assessments and the full AI plan.

Can I pay without a card — by invoice?

Yes. Write to us — we will issue an invoice for your company or offer an alternative payment method.

Where does the money go?

Servers, platform development and matrix data moderation. DevLevelUp grows as an open, community-driven project.

Just want to support the project?
